I cannot recommend Fred and his XCON group highly enough. My house had a terrible ongoing damp problem that previous builders and tradesmen had failed to fix.

I met Fred through recommendations by friends and immediately trusted his judgement and abilities. He saw the house on a Sunday and had diagnosed the issue on the same day. ( Neighbours broken hot water pipe).He started work on it the next day as I was lucky enough that he was available to start straight away.

He suggested a new design that was within budget and even completely organized an insurance claim for the remedial part of the renovation.

He worked fast and with great attention to quality and detail. He is a great communicator ( he knew what I wanted before I did and reported daily) and absolutely meticulous. A Welcome mat at the front door was a nice touch when completed as well! My project was in the safest of hands and I could not have asked for better.
